A non-refundable retainer (50%) is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer is received and the agreement is signed. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Events booked within 14 days require full payment upfront.
We accept major credit/debit cards and approved electronic payments. Late payments may result in event cancellation or delay in installation. All payments made are non-refundable and applied to your custom design.
Each installation is custom-designed based on your vision and investment range. By booking, you trust ASK ME FOR A PARTY LLC with full creative direction. Exact replication is not guaranteed, but we capture the essence beautifully.
Installation times must be adhered to. Client must provide access, setup time, and designated area. Additional fees apply for delays or extended setup time.
Balloons may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended. Broken balloons should be disposed of immediately.
Client is responsible for disposal unless breakdown is included. Balloons should be popped and disposed of properly.
Float times are not guaranteed due to environmental factors. Responsibility transfers to client after installation.
We do not support balloon releases due to environmental harm.
We encourage responsible celebrations and proper disposal practices.
